Underwhelming stay. Issues not addressed.

The room I booked did not quite match the online pictures. It was a bit disappointing. I noticed the room lacked adequate lighting. Two lamps were missing. I told the staff, but they didn't address it. I didn't press the matter further. The window also faced an internal shaft offering no street view. It was a bit grim.

the staff was very friendly. they were always ready to answer all my questions. i valued the cleanliness of the hotel. the receptionists were very good too.

The hotel room did not match the pictures. my room was missing two lamps. my window did not offer any real view. It faced an open-air shaft. breakfast was disappointing for the first few mornings, with only a few items on the plate.

the location worked, i guess. it was near some stuff, so that's something.

The air conditioning barely worked. it was like trying to cool a sauna with a hand fan. plus, the breakfast tasted suspiciously like it came from a can, not exactly the gourmet experience i was hoping for. Everything tasted the same, every single day.
